Gift Wrapping Services

Due to the custom and personalized nature of our gift wrapping services:

  • Completed gift wrapping orders are generally not eligible for return or refund
  • If you are not satisfied with the wrapping quality, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • We will work with you to resolve any issues and may offer a re-wrap or partial refund at our discretion
  • Refunds for wrapping services are considered on a case-by-case basis

Handmade Gifts

For handmade and personalized gift items:

  • Custom and personalized items are not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect
  • Standard handmade items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused and in original condition
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories included
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item:

  • Contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos of the defect or damage
  • We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs
  • We may request the return of the defective item for quality inspection

Return Process

To initiate a return:
